Berry Cocolicious Smoothie
This is a thick smoothie and can also be made into frozen ice block treats or turned into a beautiful sorbet. It's not an exciting recipe but for someone who is new to using coconut I just love it. I've also just started using coconut oil and can't wait to try out your recipes. I'm converted! :)
1 young Thai coconut Teaspoon Chia seeds 3 chopped dates 1 banana Handful of mixed frozen or fresh berries
Crack open coconut, pour water into blender or nutribullet Scoop out coconut flesh and add to water Add the rest of the ingredients Blend until fully blitzed. Enjoy!
