Triple Coconut Breaky
This is my all time favourite go to breakfast. Best textures, flavours and most importantly its extremely healthy and will keep you full until the afternoon!!!!
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon activated sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of activated almonds
1 teaspoon of Inca Inchi powder/cacao powder or maca powder
1 tablespoon LSA mix
1-2 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
1 tablespoon shaved coconut 100g
Raw Organic Whole Fat Yoghurt or Coconut Yoghurt
Mix all ingredients in your favourite breakfast bowl, leaving out only the coconut oil. Let it sit for 10mins. Poor the coconut oil over the top and stir through. Enjoy!!!!
