Ingredients

2 apples, sliced very thinly

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Banaban Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Banaban Coconut Crunch

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper

3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cover the apples well

4. Arrange apple slices on prepared baking tray without overlapping them

5. Bake for 1 hour, then flip and continue to bake for another 1-2 hours, flipping occaisionally until apples are no longer moist

6. Serve!
