Prawns in Coconut Cream Pasta

2x 400ml cans Banaban Organic Coconut Milk

400ml chicken stock

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp garlic, crushed

1 tbsp ginger, crushed

Salt and pepper to taste

1kg raw prawns, shells removed and deveined

1 bunch of coriander, roughly chopped

1 pack of cooked pasta


1. In a large, deep skillet, bring the coconut milk and chicken stock to a simmer over medium heat

2. Stir in the fish sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes

3. Stir in the prawns and cook until opaque

4. Stir in the coriander and remove from heat

5. Serve with cooked pasta!
