Ingredients

4 Cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger, crushed

1 cup Banaban Coconut Amino's

2 Tbsp Banaban Organic Coconut Nectar

4 Salmon fillets (or any other fish you like)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients and leave to marinade for atleast 40 minutes

2. Place salmon and sauce on a lined baking tray

3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 150 degrees C

4. Serve with fresh steamed veggies or your favorite salad!
