Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Grilled Salmon Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp. Banaban virgin coconut oil
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika powder
Celtic sea salt and black pepper
Avocado Salsa Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 small capsicum, diced finely
Juice from 2 limes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Banaban coconut crunch
2 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
1. Mix all ingredients together and rub the salmon fillets with this seasoning. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill the salmon on both sides until desired.
Avocado Salsa Directions
- Combine salsa ingredients and chill in fridge until ready to use.
- Serve the salmon topped with the avocado salsa!
