Paleo Orange Chicken
500gr Skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp. Banaban virgin coconut oil for cooking
Juice from 2 oranges
Zest from 1 orange
1 tsp. ginger, minced
3 tbsp. Banaban coconut aminos
1 tbsp. garlic
1 cup chopped shallots (spring onions)
- In a medium sized pot, add the orange juice, zest, ginger, coconut aminos, garlic and ginger.
- In a separate pan, cook the chicken in coconut oil until a nice brown crust has developed.
- Add the chicken to the saucepot and stir to coat with orange sauce.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions.
