Ingredients

 

   4 fresh, ripe figs

   1 spoonful of Banaban Virgin Coconut Oil

   Cinnamon for sprinkling

 

Method
  1. Wash figs. Cut the stem end off and then slice in half.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the coconut oil. Once heated, cook the figs 1-2 minutes on each side or until they begin to caramelize. 
  3. Remove from the pan sprinkle with cinnamon.
