Ingredients

Chia Pudding Ingredients 

1 ½ cups Banaban Coconut Milk

1 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Nectar

¼ cup chia seeds

 

Baked Apple Ingredients

2 granny smith apples, diced

2 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Nectar

2 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Crunch

 

Method

Chia Pudding Method

  1. Blend the Coconut milk, Coconut butter, vanilla extract and Coconut Nectar in a blender.
  2. Place the mixture into a large glass jar then add chia seeds. Seel jar and shake.
  3. Place in fridge overnight.

Baked Apple Method

  1. Pre Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place apple mixture on a lined baking tray and baked for 20 mins or until brown and caramelised.
  4. Add to Chia Seed pudding mixture and enjoy!
