2 tbsp. Banaban Gourmet Virgin Coconut Oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bunch of broccoli
1.5 litres of water
½ tsp Celtic sea salt
- Heat oil in a large pit and sauté onion over medium heat until soft.
- Add broccoli and sauté for 5-10 mins.
- Add water and cook until broccoli is soft.
- Let the mixture cool for an hour and then place into a food processer or blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
