This bread is absolutely divine and best served with a homemade nut butter spread such as almond or cashew butter!

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

2 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Flour

¼ tsp. Celtic sea salt

½ tsp. baking soda

5 large eggs

1 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Oil

1 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Nectar

1 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Cider Vinegar

 

Method
  1. Place almond flour, Coconut flour, salt and baking soda in a food processer and pulse the ingredients.
  2. Pulse in the eggs, Coconut Oil, Coconut Nectar, and Coconut Cider Vinegar.
  3. Pour batter into a loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool and serve with fresh homemade Strawberry and Chia Jam!
