Banana Walnut Muffins
The perfect recipe for the kids lunch boxes!
¼ cup Banaban Virgin Coconut Oil
2 ripe bananas
3 pitted dates
¼ cup Banaban Coconut Flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup toasted and chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Nectar
- In a blender, combine eggs, Banaban Virgin Coconut Oil, bananas and Banaban Coconut Nectar.
- Add in Banaban Coconut flour and baking soda and blend till a smooth consistency is formed.
- Fold in the walnuts.
- Using a measuring cup, scoop ¼ cup of the batter into a lined muffin pan.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
