Ingredients

 

2 cups almonds   1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds   1 cup raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla extract   1 - 2 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. Banaban Coconut Nectar   2 tbsp. Banaban Virgin Coconut Oil

 

 

Method
  1. Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and combine thoroughly.
  4. Place on baking tray lined with paper and bake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees.
  5. Serve with fresh Coconut Yogurt
