Coconut Toast

This is a Jamaican recipe and a great way to make a lovely coconut style toast



½ cup condensed milk (try light condensed milk for more health conscious)
6 slices of hard dough bread (remove ends)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 dry coconut with meat extracted or substitute with Banaban Organic Coconut CrunchTM



1.    Grate the coconut meat and ensure that the meat is edible and add salt and nutmeg.

2.    Cut bread into strips place in the condensed mil and dip in grated coconut

3.    Remove and place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degress for 5-7 minutes
