Four NEW Bliss Ball Recipes to Kick Start your Health Kick in 2017!

2017 = New Year, New Me!?! Haha! I giggle every time I hear that saying. But, seriously, this year I have a big U.S. trip planned with a group of ten girlfriends, and that equals a bikini - in Vegas. *Squeals in embarrassment* Haha!

So in reality, I've got six months to do something about this dad bod I'm working with, and that means no more late snacks! *Sad face*

I decided to help reduce sugar cravings and to keep me motivated on my meal prep plan; I needed a bunch of new bliss ball recipes to keep me on the straight and narrow.
