Cinnamon Spiced Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
These cinnamon spiced raw carrot cake bliss balls taste amazing and are quick, simple and affordable to create at home!
Serves 12 bliss balls
Approx. $4.00AUD per batch or $0.33 per ball
GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | PALEO | VEGAN | RAW
Equipment Required: Food processor & plastic container
1 cup cashews or almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup dates
½ tsp. cinnamon
*Additional desiccated coconut for rolling
- Place ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Prepare a container with baking paper for ball storage.
- Once blended, roll into a bite size ball and then roll in additional desiccated coconut.
- Repeat rolling steps until the mixture is all rolled.
Recipe Notes – If you are using almonds in place of cashews you will need to add around ¼ cup of maple syrup to help bind the bliss balls.
